Our shapewear is an intimate product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain strict return standards while still offering flexibility and transparency.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and protective liners (if applicable)
  • There are no signs of wear, deodorant marks, stains, odors, or alterations
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

If any of these conditions are not met, CurvCraft reserves the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and fairness, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges

At this time, CurvCraft does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style:

Refunds

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges

  • Refund processing: 7–10 business days after approval

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Return Shipping

  • CurvCraft is not responsible for returns lost in transit

In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label. If provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
