Does CurvCraft shapewear roll down or dig in?
Our designs are engineered to stay in place without rolling or digging. Proper sizing is essential to achieve the best fit and comfort. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using the Size Guide available on each product page. Measure your bust, waist, and hips using a soft measuring tape and compare your measurements to the chart provided.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for optimal comfort.
Is CurvCraft shapewear stretchy?
Yes. Our shapewear is designed with stretch and flexibility in mind. While it provides shaping and support, the fabric adapts to your body rather than forcing it into an unnatural shape.
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
If the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

CurvCraft does not store your payment details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. CurvCraft offers worldwide shipping from Dubai. If your country appears at checkout, we ship to you.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- UAE: 2–4 business days
- International standard shipping: 5–10 business days

Will I receive tracking information?

Are duties and taxes included?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 7-days returns on unused and unworn items in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Is CurvCraft Shapewear suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. CurvCraft shapewear is made with skin-friendly, breathable fabrics designed to minimize irritation and friction. Our materials are carefully selected to feel smooth against the skin, even during extended wear. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend wearing your shapewear for shorter periods at first to allow your body to adjust.
Does CurvCraft Shapewear flatten the bust?
No. CurvCraft designs are created to enhance and support natural curves, not flatten them. Our bodysuits and shapers are engineered to sculpt the waist and midsection while allowing the bust to sit naturally and comfortably.
Will CurvCraft shapewear show under clothes?
No. CurvCraft shapewear features seamless construction and smooth finishes that remain discreet under clothing. Our designs are intended to be invisible beneath dresses, trousers, skirts, and fitted outfits.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer returns in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging within the eligible return period. Direct exchanges are not currently available; approved returns are refunded, and a new order may be placed.
Can I wear CurvCraft Shapewear while exercising?
CurvCraft shapewear is primarily designed for everyday wear, shaping, and support. While it is comfortable and flexible, it is not intended to replace activewear. For workouts or high-impact activity, we recommend choosing active-support styles specifically designed for exercise, if available.

How do I wash and care for CurvCraft Shapewear?
To maintain the quality, elasticity, and longevity of your shapewear, we recommend the following care instructions:

- Do not bleach
